Feminism Means – the theory of the Political, Economic and Social equality of the sexes.

Feminism nowadays is equivalent to a bad word. How such an important movement and term went on to become so wrongly misunderstood? Feminism according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary literally means and I quote” the theory of the political, economic, and social equality of the sexes.”

Here “equality of sexes includes both men and women, but its high time to consider and start a talk about equality between men, women and also transgender. It means in simple terms that equal rights given to all irrespective of their gender.

That’s it.

Feminism is not about being anti-male or male bashing. Its about starting a conversation about our deep rooted patriarchy system and absurd theories that has to be changed. Like men also face sexual harassment. Consent is not gender subjective.

A man’s “No” is also a no. Maternal rape is still a rape. And denying transgender their basic right to work and quality of living shouldn’t be a question still.

Dear men, women and transgenders, we are all in this together.
