MOTIVATION: 4 Daily Activities that one should do to keep oneself Motivated!

Are you right now in a dilemma that you’re of no worth? Or do you have the same feel like “most of the people” that I got motivated easily, but get back on the same track even more quickly?

Well, as I quoted, “most of the people,” that means that you’re not alone. Many others are facing the same issue.

Now you might think that Why? Why do I get demoralized again and again? Why can’t I stay motivated forever or at least for a longer duration?

The answer is: Because you need extra motivation. Now, why extra? For this answer me, do you eat only once in a month? Or a year? Or life?

No. You don’t. You need food, again and again, to keep yourself healthy and active.

Similarly, you need motivation again and again so that you can quickly get closer to your goals.

Now the next question is, how to make yourself motivated?

Well, we’ve listed four activities that you should follow or implement in your real life to get a massive part of the motivation.

1. Reward Yourself: Yes, if you’ve decided to do something and even if you do a bit part of it. Just reward yourself. Give yourself a tap on your back. Remember, you’re alone enough for anything.

If you do so, you’ll be happy at first, but most pleased at last. Reward learning is the best remedy for every scenario.

2. Switch to Motivational Pages: You read it right, you should join motivational pages that are easily accessible over Instagram and Facebook and on other social platforms. When you feel low, scroll over Instagram, and read motivational quotes. It helps you to stay motivated and also it acts as a supplementary.

3. Read Novels/Biographies: If you want to perceive the guts of all the famous and successful personalities, you should start reading. As if you read, your mind starts its activity and makes you busy. As you go through the book/novel, you’ll know the depth of the article. That will lead you to understand life entirely and will understand why things are happening with you.

4. Train your mind: Yes, you can train your mind the way you want. Life is all about a mind game. Everyone gets an equal proportion of mind. It’s you who bring and drag it into separate fields. You need to understand how things happen; you need to train your brain to stay calm in every situation. Once you do so, trust me, you’re going to lead your life like a king.
