STRENGTHENING WOMEN MEANS MAKING COUNTRY STRONG, STRONGER AND THE STRONGEST.
Women Empowerment itself elaborates that social rights, political rights, economic stability, judicial strength and other rights should be equal for women.
Women have been proved to be vibrant and dynamic. There is not a single field where women have not made their mark. Despite being uneducated, a woman had been the backbone of society. And, now in today's scenario with education, she can prove her capabilities along with her versatile qualities.
But every coin has two faces. If a knife is used to cut vegetables and making food then it can also be used to cut someone's throat. On one side we see that women are becoming great achievers like Indira Gandhi, Kalpana Chawla, Mary Kom, Kiran Bedi and many more but on the other hand, they are going through many social taboos, Various newspapers, news channels and magazines highlight the stress that women undergo like illiteracy, sexual harassment, inequality, female foeticide, rape, gender bias etc. Women Empowerment is the better treatment of any big or small problem related to a human being, economy and the environment.
In order to provide safety to women and reduce crime against women in India, the government has implemented some acts like the prohibition of child marriage act 2006, sexual harassment of women at the workplace (prevention, protection act ) 2013, Juvenile justice 2005.
STRENGTHENING WOMEN MEANS MAKING THE COUNTRY STRONG, STRONGER AND THE STRONGEST.
